This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month terms unless either Party provides written notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days prior to the then-current expiration date. In the event of renewal, all pricing shall be subject to annual adjustment at Vendor's sole discretion.
You don't need to change your review process. You just need someone who reads every clause without skipping — and that's what ContractPilot AI does.
Drop a PDF, DOCX, or paste plain text. Vendor MSAs, SaaS terms, NDAs, employment agreements, leases — anything with clauses that matter.
The model scans for risks, missing terms, and language that reads unusual for the document type — comparing against how most agreements handle each provision.
Each finding is categorised, ranked by severity, quoted from the contract, and explained in plain English with a specific suggestion for what to review.
Every category below is something ContractPilot AI actively looks for. Findings are ranked high, medium, or low to support — not replace — your own review.
Clauses that renew silently unless you cancel inside a tight window. ContractPilot AI flags the term length and the notice period side-by-side.
Indemnification obligations that only run one way, or that cover more than third-party claims. We surface both the scope and what you’d normally see instead.
Liability clauses with carve-outs so broad the cap becomes meaningless — or missing entirely. We call out both the cap and the exclusions.
Assignments that sweep in your background IP, tooling, or general know-how alongside the actual deliverables. We separate what’s fair from what’s aggressive.
Sometimes the risk is what isn’t there — no limitation of liability in an MSA, no data return in a SaaS agreement, no cure period before termination.
Clauses that use non-standard wording for their type — often a sign the counterparty’s lawyer inserted something specific and hoped you wouldn’t notice.
The vast majority of business contracts never reach a lawyer. They get skimmed by a founder, a head of ops, a procurement lead — someone with ten minutes and no training in what to look for on page fourteen.
ContractPilot AI exists for that reader. It doesn't replace outside counsel on the deals that matter, and its findings are a starting point for human review — not a legal opinion. It catches the clauses in the deals that shouldn't have needed a lawyer in the first place.
